ServiceNow Support Lead
Must have - Proven experience in the administration of ServiceNow implementations ideally outside of traditional ITSM. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Must have – Ability to lead and develop a team of more junior ServiceNow admins.
Must Have - Excellent knowledge of core NOW platform capabilities.
Full accountability for the overall state of the SN ecosystem. Including but not limited to:
- Environment Management and release cadence strategies
- Patching and upgrade policies and controls including stakeholder management
- Knowledge of MiD Server, APIs, ACLs. ATF etc.
- Security hardening and overall instance health
- Data modelling (CMDB/CSDM), integrity and housekeeping
Proven exposure to multiple SN products and how they interact.
Ability to work with and influence best practice from other SN stakeholders (developers, architects, automation testers, end-users etc.). Ability to balance the use of out-of-box configuration and custom development to fulfil business needs.
Experience in applying Agile principles to the management of a SN support team.
Nice to have - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Ideally on CSM or HR as more closely aligned to Procurement Management Operations and Supplier Lifecycle Management Services (certifications on these modules not yet available)
