    IT PM/lead

    Key Accountabilities:

    · Acts as a technical focal point for a cross-functional (org wide) team to communicate team project activities and status. Provides technical mentorship in applications, architecture, processes, and standards to aid in the professional development of team members. Observes and communicates performance of teams to assist in their development.

    · Validates requirements and drives analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and support for assigned projects while working with solution architects, business analysts, developers and testers.

    · Engaged in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including client interactions, requirements gathering, application design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance and enhancements.

    · Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance and performance in a multidisciplinary team environment

    · Ensures team compliance with standards. Recognizes coding practices, process and/or standard inefficiencies and suggests standards and opportunities for improvement.

    · Participates in investigation of opportunities for improvement and drives recommendations through to decisions. May consult technical equipment / software vendors and current users in these evaluations.

    · Acquires and utilizes strong technical and / or application knowledge to independently produce deliverables and recognizes the impact (e.g. design documentation, system changes).

    · Demonstrates versatility of knowledge and applies strong technical skill base to contribute to any application (including those outside application area).

    · Proactively shares technical knowledge to cross-train other team members.s

    Requirements:

    · 10+ years of experience in Related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · Possesses strong technical aptitude, problem solving skills.

    · Strong verbal communication and listening skills, proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.

    · Demonstrates a high commitment to quality and has the ability to inspire and develop team members.

    · Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    · Experience working with structured delivery methods in global IT delivery environments.

    · Experience working in similar initiatives, i.e. integration projects, change management.

    · Experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum)

    · Experience working in Lending domain or on Workflow/BPM/Orchestration tool is desirable but not
