  Job Title: Sr Consultant, Business Analyst - Infrastructure Technology and Risk Controls Program

  Position : 1

  Location : Pune

  Shift timings : 12:30 to 21:30 Indian Standard Time (Covering EMEA Hours)

  Interview : 2 Rounds

   

  Summary:

  Northe
  Trust is seeking a Business Analyst professional to join the infrastructure technology and risk Controls program. The prime responsibility is to review technology and risk controls, determine how they impact infrastructure and ITSM processes and identify gaps between documented controls, existing processes and tools.

  Expectation is to work under general supervision (but works independently most of the time). This role serves as a conduit between IT and Technology Risk Management on technology controls related initiatives during the requirements, gap analysis, design, development, testing, implementation phases and also providing support on such new capabilities. Functional expertise is required.

   

  Qualifications:

  A College or University degree and relevant proven work experience is required. IIBA or ITIL Certification is advantageous.

  • In-depth knowledge on ServiceNow modules

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong functional domain experience

  • Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis and change management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and presentation skills

  • Ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments.

  • Self-starter with advanced analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

   

  Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with controls, process review, and ITSM CDMB

  • ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management experience

   

  Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Elicitate requirements

  • Provide analysis and takes ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project from gap analysis, scoping, high level business requirements, detailed business requirements and implementation as required.

  • Review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with project team to develop effective strategies and plans.

  • Provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to the business users

  • Interact and liaise with IT, Program Manager, Project Managers and Technology and Risk Management to resolve issues/ in a timely fashion.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, establish trust within the corresponding teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams.

  • Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation.

  • Utilize available subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and on-going BAU change agendas.

  • Provides consulting to stakeholder(s) to identify and understand the issues, drivers, environment or business they support.

   

   

  Experience Level:

  Senior 10-12 years’ experience required

  Candidate must have very strong communication skills
