    ·         Good Communication and email writing skills.

    ·         Handling of Hardware and Software related issues of Desktop & Laptops.

    ·         Experience on Windows 10 OS & troubleshooting.

    ·         OS Migration & application migration knowledge.

    ·         Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.

    ·         Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.

    ·         Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

    ·         Troubleshooting knowledge on VPN issues.

    ·         Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.

    ·         Upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

    ·         Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with Laptop equipment\'s & software\'s.

    ·         Mail client\'s configuration Office 365 and troubleshooting.

    ·         Troubleshooting in inte
    al Software Java, Citrix, Microsoft office 365, OS related issues and MS Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive.

    ·         Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory Administration, DNS, DHCP.

    ·         Local and Network Printer configuration and troubleshooting.

    ·         Maintain Hardware Inventory.

    ·         SNOW ticketing tool knowledge to handle requests.

    ·         Audio & Video support (Multimedia support).
