  MS Teams L3 JD
  • Strong knowledge in MS Teams architecture
  • Understanding for MS Teams Admin portal
  • Able to analyze CQD data for problematic meeting/live events/web casting
  • Initial log analysis for MS Teams desktop client related issue
  • Knowledge about Microsoft roadmap
  • Strong understanding for Network architecture for MS Teams packet routing
  • Knowledge for Microsoft recommended tools like Wireshark, fiddler etc
  • Strong understanding for port details for MS Teams audio/video packet routing
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and problems
  • Stay on top of the recent developments about new feature like breakout rooms, together mode etc
  • Understanding for deployed application like MS Forms, tasks etc.
  • Strong understanding on backend SharePoint site for MS Teams
  • Should have knowledge about Teams direct routing and telephony
  • Should have knowledge about Teams room
