  We are looking for managerial position, who has handled a Team.

   

  • IDAM terminology - JML Process, Certification, RBAC (Role based access control), Approval workflow
  • should have Testing working exp in one IDAM tool like Sail-point
  • Manual testing, testing terminology, testing methodology (agile), test document creation (test cases (positive/negative), test plan, test report)
  • one of test management tool like Jira;
  • Added advantage if candidate is having automation exp (selenium and java)(automation testing is not Mandate)

  Essential skills required:

  • Lead the test team by providing a proper vision with a confirmed plan, strategy and a clear action
  • Ensure development projects are delivered on time, meet business requirements and fulfil end-user requirements. Assist with identifying and resolving systems issues.
  • Implement, maintain and improve test team principles and strategy that address all aspects of the Test process.
  • Define department functional and non-functional test strategies.
  • Ensure the test function follows an auditable robust process where controls can be evidenced.
  • Enhance processes without adding unnecessary red tape or admin overhead..
  • Ensure test automation is used effectively to minimise test cycle timescales while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Coach project and scrum teams in proper test procedure, review techniques used for all types of testing practiced in the test function.
  • Produce project estimates and work closely with the Development Manager to ensure project work is delivered to required timescales and quality levels.
  • Work alongside business analysts, scrum masters and project managers to understand business goals/drivers and deliver testing artefacts to the required timescales.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management to demonstrate progress of the test function.
  • Provide test sign-out for releases to Production.
  • Participate in project meetings with business stakeholders to understand and deliver projects.

  • Take responsibility for talent, succession planning and able to manage federated test teams
  • Take accountability to drive positive energy, motivation within test teams and take care of wellbeing
  • Make important decisions relating to test within the context of the delivery environment
  • Develop test strategy for both manual and automated testing covering tools, technology  people and process
  • Hands on Testing experience
  • Strong Test Management experience
  • Demonstrable 3^rd party Test Assurance experience
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing an assurance and test strategy and leading testing activities on large integration projects
  • Identification of test entry and exit criteria
  • Good experience of test planning, reporting, co-ordination and execution of OAT activities
  • Defect management across all test phases and remediation activities
  • Ability to optimise/define testing approaches (functional & non-functional)
  • Good exposure of software/product test approaches
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience of testing tools
  • Leadership skills
  • Conflict management and problem resolution skills
