  Resource will be a Level 3 Network Resource to help with major projects around router, switch, and wireless activities for a period of 6 months(extendable) covering the following scope:

   

  • WWT Engineer will perform the remote logical configuration based on the project requirements
  • LLDs and RFCs will be created for configuration work.
  • WAN/LAN/WIRELESS configuration will be covered through this SOW
  • Configuration of WAN/LAN/WIRELESS, Gateways, Analog gateways, and Circuit orders to support the project requirements
  • This SOW is for the logical configuration of the devices.
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and maintenance of local (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), problem escalation/coordination with the vendors.
  • Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the inte

  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the clients data infrastructure;
  • Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff for problem resolution.
  • Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with ITIL standards;
  • Perform on-site and remote technical support.
  • Problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine network configuration.
  • Client will manage the day to day operations of the engineer which shall reside on Client’s premises utilizing Client-owned systems and processes.
