  Access Management – IT Support Analyst.

  • Should have experience on  SQL/ other DB Queries
  • Resources should familiar with Unix and Window Environments
  • Basics IT Security Knowledge.
  • Excellent team player & lead with pro-active, positive personality and \"can-do\" attitude
  • Flexible & able to remain calm in highly stressful environment
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize incidents & requests accordingly
  • 16/5 Support
  • Oncall and Critical Support required when critical situation.
