  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Eloqua
  • Possess strong techno-functional knowledge in Digital Marketing solution design and development
  • Experience in design and implementation of demand generation programs(Program Builder) and campaigns(Emails, Forms and Landing pages) using Eloqua
  • Creation, development, and implementation of end to end digital marketing strategies using emails and Landing pages.
  • Responsible for campaigns with the ability to effectively evaluate segmentation, campaign performance, and content design.
  • Designing emails, creating Segments, Shared lists and List uploading in Eloqua.
  • Implement and promote email best practices including A/B Testing, segmentation, Dynamic content.
  • Work on ad-hoc reports and documents.
  • Develop testing strategy for continuous improvement and optimization
  • Experience and familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and XSL
  • Knowledge in integration using pre-built connectors and point to point integration with CRM and ERP applications [SFDC, etc.]
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and work with marketing specialists to execute email campaigns, continuous testing & optimization, campaign setup, proofing, and post-campaign data analysis
  • Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation and support of Marketing solutions using Eloqua
  • Manage web services API integrations with other systems including CRM systems
