    Working closely with Product Design, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and Customer Support to help assess, improve, maintain and support software solutions to business problems. Using strong logic, computer language skills, combined with healthcare industry and practical knowledge, deliver and maintain applications and software providing comprehensive business solutions to the healthcare industry.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:

    •             You are partner across the enterprise, operations, change management, and strategic partners to deliver features that delight our customers

    •             You work closely with Product Manager and inte
    al partners to define end-to-end customer experiences and map user jou
    eys to refine features/stories for clear articulation to DevOps team

    •             You have proven ability in application development and the delivery of enterprise service management applications and solutions and ServiceNow platform

    •             You prioritize the product backlog including defect or bug resolution based on business value + time criticality + risk reduction/job size

    •             Lead a cross functional team of developers, testers and business analysts

    •             You are a self-starter and forward thinker that has diverse skills in DevOps, ServiceNow, and eye for business to implement critical initiatives that deliver customer value and satisfactory business outcomes.

    •             You have a deep understanding of agile software delivery including analysis, enterprise dev and quality assurance

    •             Collaborative with good communication and documentation skills, able to work dispersed teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

    •             ServiceNow Foundations training

    •             ServiceNow certified system administrator – CSA

    •             ServiceNow certified application developer - CAD preferred

    •             ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification

    •             SAFe Teams, and/or PO/PM certification a plus

    •             Lean, 6 sigma process improvement

    •             Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence, and problem-solving skills
