  • Strong experience with application portfolio analysis
  • Strong experience in Application Transformation, Decommission Analysis & strategy 
  • Have experience synthesizing data, produce reports, presentations, highlighting findings and recommending changes 
  • Experience Developing requirements specs according to standard templates
  • Manage stakeholder communication for discovery assessment & analysis
  • Experience creating detailed transformation, decommissioning plan
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, EJB, Spring, .NET / C# / VB
  • Engage in creating - Deployment strategies and the coordination of architecture changes for rapidly evolving projects with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development & support teams
  • Have experience in identifying / mitigating risks to delivering solution on time
