Job Description:

• Job Description

  • Help bug fixing during development and pre & post production
  • Development support and performing code reviews
  • Experience in Development of Bots in pipeline (for eg ServiceDesk Bots)
  • Support in Proof of concept, build Platform core capability pilots
  • Support/coordinate during VDI configuration, Platform issues, control room management (License, Role, Access, Users, Bot insights etc.) 
  • On demand support in RPA implementation lifecycle, control room management, Platform management etc.
  • Support any technical issues in production Bots, triage and enable quick closure of issues on high priority
  • Act as gatekeeper for any bot that is deployed in production. (from UAT stage till Go-Live)
  • Best practice sharing, Error handling and able to support in exceptions handling

  • RPA platform is AA
  • Resource type: T&M
  • Work location is not a constraint as far as work is getting done
  • Billing will be done via FLEX as budget and position is already approved on Flex
