  ROLE: TEST  ANALYST

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  To support the IAM Test Manager to deliver and execute the defined Test Strategy

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  Essential Skills:

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Ensure data integrity standards

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve manual  Test Frameworks and  Test Scripts for Web and Database applications

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Proven experience in writing manual test scripts using JavaScript

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Web UI Testing experience

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Knowledge of JIRA

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Excellent communications skill

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Identify areas for improvement in the quality system

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         -Lea

  ·         -Identify and deploy solutions based on changing project needs

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Strong test execution experience

  ·         Good experience of executing defined test plans including coordination, tracking and reporting

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Good exposure of software/product test approaches

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Stakeholder engagement and communication skills

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Experience of testing tools

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Good problem resolution/analysis skills
