  We are looking for Non-Functional tester with 5+ years of experience

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Research, analyze performance needs and develop appropriate non-functional testing strategy, defining the health parameters to be captured and analyzed

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Gather and assess the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Prepare performance test plans, estimating effort and schedule for the engagement

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Be responsible for setting up data, tools, databases to enable NFT

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Conduct performance and functional testing in an agile environment across applications and interfacing systems.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Experience in using Manual/automated test tools for Functional and / or Performance, Stability and Scalability, Usability testing using LoadRunner, JMeter.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Develop and execute automated system testing scripts leveraging Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Develop test scripts and load models for performance testing based on system requirements, processes, and user stories.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Ability to parameterize load, spike, stress and soak tests.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Hands on Experience with performance monitoring tools

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Ensure that performance testing results are accurately reported and documented, collaborating across system development teams to troubleshoot and identify performance bottlenecks.

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

  ·         Delivering NFT reports – status, performance metrics and recommendation
