  We are implementing servicenow POM for our procurement servicedesk

   

   

   

  ·        Use cases include knowledge management, case management dealing with employees and suppliers

   

   

   

  ·        The role will work with the system integrator to design, develop and run a suite of automation tests in Tosca

   

   

   

  ·        The role will lead a team of 1-2 additional junior testers

   

   

   

  ·        Success will be to set up the automation tests, processes and environments such that the operational HSBC team can take over and run from H2 2023

   

   

   

  ·        The role will start 02/01/2023 for at least 6 months

   

   

   

  ·        The successful candidate can show expertise in setting up Tosca automation test suites for SaaS products and a track record of handing over high quality deliverables and documentation to operational teams. Knowledge of ServiceNow would be a strong plus
