  ·         Total experience should be 10 years or more

  ·         JDA TMS experience should be minimum 5 years or more

  ·         Must have experience of leading a team and facing direct customer IT and business

  ·         should be aware of the general supply chain management concept

  ·         should have basic knowledge of the Warehouse Management Systems

  ·         should have excellent functional knowledge in Transportation Manager alongwith different modules within it

  ·          should have good knowledge in Transportation Planne

  ·         should have good knowledge of the different integrations and interfaces with JDA TMS

  ·         should have good knowledge of the APIs, Batch Jobs, Custom Jobs and Job Scheduling

  ·         should have good knowledge on CIS, Adapters, DSC Server, Webservices, SFTP

  ·         should have done minimum 1 full implementation, version upgrades, roll out and support

  ·         should know how to create / manage BY SF Cases

  ·         should know the ticket management or Incident management, prior experience of ServiceNow will be good

  ·         should know the Testing and Change Management with experience in creating test cases in FUT, SIT, UAT etc

  ·         should have the basic understanding of the manufacturing business processes

  ·         should be comfortable in working in shifts and on-calls availability
