Essential:
? Pega CSSA certification is mandatory
? 6+ years of experience using Pega
? Strong experience with complete life cycle of Pega PRPC rules configuration, customization and deployment, preferably in Agile/SCRUM based environment
? Knowledge of all phases of SDLC including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric and process-based applications
? Strong knowledge of the PRPC Architecture, design and implementation features
? Working knowledge on Pega OOTB features
? Strong working knowledge in one or more programming languages, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
? Experience architecting custom API integrations with Pega
? Strong interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor junior employees
? Excellent relationship management skills to forge relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Desirable:
? Strong working knowledge of relational database design concepts
? Proficiency in tracking tools such as JIRA, CodeBeamer, Agile Studio, PDC
? Prior experience in PegaMobile or Pega AMP platforms
? Knowledge on implementing Pega RPA solutions
? Working knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
? Familiar with CRM, web, mobile and legacy business architectures
? Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) would be an added benefit
? Strong attention to detail and innovative capabilities
