JD for IBM AIX Admin :
PFB requirements in-short for AIX profiles, as discussed earlier over the phone.
1. L3 in AIX with extensive experience in handling both GUI & command line.
2. Should know how NIM setup works in AIX.
3. Good to have hands-on on gpfs clusters.
4. Must have hands-on HACMP clusters & trouble shooting by reading cluster logs.
5. Must know AIX patching process either using alt_disk_install or multibos & also should know the troubleshooting steps during & post patching.
6. Good to have knowledge on AIX OS migration using nimadm process.
7. Need to know how to monitor the performance of AIX servers, to read the error codes, sys logs .
8. Should have hands-on AIX DR process (disaster recovery) & DLPAR operations using HMC console.
9. Very good oral and written communication skills is a must.
10. Someone who\'s capable of decision making and very much self-driven.
