    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Responsibilities include to

             Collaborate with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, Infra. Lead, Process Analyst, Project Managers and SME’s in supporting RPA solutions and daily BOT monitoring and runs

             Lead a team of 3-5 members in managing all production BOTs across the shifts

             Work with SME/Process Analyst to get a complete understanding of the process that is getting automated

             Own the RPA platform and process testing for Application Changes, System Upgrades

             Technical and solution Documentation update related to Testing / Production Migration / Change Management

             Provide daily status update on BOT runs and Issue resolutions

             Create and monitor incidents and help resolving those incidents in timely manner

             Deliver process change management & enhancements as required for time-to-time

             Drive improvement projects and work on new solutions to enhance the operational metrics of RPA platform

             Develop BOT performance metrics for periodic (weekly / monthly / quarterly) reporting

             Drive and implement across all areas of operational support to increase efficiency

     

     

    Activities include

            Leverage best practice for collaborating on Automation object/ libraries

            Create shift-roaster and ensure availability of team members during specified shift

            Provide technical leadership in support shifts as required

            Schedule monitoring, BOT re-triggering, Issue analysis and BOT operation restoration

            Incident / task open, closure, status monitoring& reporting to IT / ICT management team

            Ensure all support documentations are up to date

            Ensure process configuration changes are done on time with 100% accuracy

            Collaborate with team members, Architect and Offshore/On-shore Automation COE

            Collaborate with Automation COE, IT on requesting all necessary system access

            Debug production issues and guide team technically as and when required

            Drive & develop new or enhancement requests as per the need

     

    Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering/ computer science.

    Experience

    Essential:

    ?      6-8 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with Blue Prism

    ?      5+ year Experience in supporting production operation and run of processes executed by BOTs

    ?      Experience in programming (.NET, C#) with a specific focus on supporting BOT operations

    ?      Experience Automating process related with ERP, Mainframe and MS office tools.

    ?      Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.

    ?      Ability to multitask and prioritize workload include Production Support

    ?      Good experience working in IT Service management tool, e.g. Service now

    ?      Display patience in difficult situations and drive for customer delight in every action

     

    Desirable:

    ?      RPA Blue Prism developer certification will be an added benefit

    ?      Strong expertise in application development using APIs such as REST and SOAP APIs

    ?      Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies

    ?      Expertise in process and technical design documents in the automation space

     

    Specific Skill Requirement

    RPA tools such as BluePrism, etc., Knowledge of one or more Programming languages such as, C#, .NET, java, pyhton

    Additional Skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), web services

    Time Availability

    3 PM – 12 AM in regular days; Month-end timing will be extended and start time would be appropriately adjusted

    Reason for Time Availability if N.A. hours required
