  • User-centered design experience including requirements gathering, user flows, user task analysis, usability evaluation, stakeholder interviews, customer surveys, focus groups, and the development of information architecture deliverables such as concept models, storyboarding, wireframes, sitemaps, usability research, analytics and functional specifications
    - A comprehensive understanding of the interactive product development life cycle
    - Comprehensive knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies
    - Proficient with Figma, HTML 5

  Experience in private cloud/ public cloud/ hybrid cloud product environment is a plus
