  Strong understanding of Discovery, Patte
  s, Probes, Sensors & mid-server
  Create and monitor discovery schedules
  Efficiently troubleshoot discovery related issues with quick tu
  -around
  Deep understanding of the best practices in CMDB discovery and apply them appropriately by identifying and closing the gaps.
  Create / Monitor operation of mid servers
  Clustering / Separating Mid Servers for optimal performance
  Highly experienced in IRE (Identity & Reconciliation Engine)
  Hands-on experience in writing scripts to implement complex transform maps.
  Tech know-how (experience preferred) on robust transformed maps.
  Deep understanding of SNMP (and / or CIM) to comprehend fundamentals involved in various discovery process and troubleshoot issues.
  Demonstrated aptitude for lea
  ing new technologies quickly
  Highly experienced in discovering unix (linux, Wintel etc) servers and troubleshoot / remediate common & complex issues. Exhibit INTERMEDIATE skillset in below ITSM responsibilities :
  Configure new and manage existing service catalog items
  Experience with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and AJAX practices.
  Experience in setting up workflows.
  Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow user role configuration and implement in existing instance. 
  Tech skills preferred: SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScriptCertifications
  Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System
