  JOB Description

  a) Experience level: Around 8 years of relevant experience.

  b) Support Level: L1/L2/L3 : L2 and L3

  c) Type of service: Support/ Implementation / Transformation: Support

  d) Location details: Remote

  e) Support Window and rotational shifts: 2pm to 11:30pm IST

  f) Client Intervention (customer round):  No client interview for now but in some cases client may ask for interaction before onboarding.

  h) Budget: 150K per month

  i) JD:

  1. Should have strong knowledge on SSO (OAM,OID,AD)
  2. Support and maintaining user sync issues with EBS,OBIEE
  3. Reconfiguration of SSO to non-prod and PROD is must
  4. EBS password rotation(apps) activity changes to be made in SSO perspective
  5. SSO related security patches to be applied quarterly (CPU patches related to weblogic & DB)
  6. Maintaining non-prod and PROD SSO related servers for OS patching
