  ?        Serve as the RPA COE technical interface with Organization IT ?        Review code for compliance and reuse, ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards ?        Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library ?        Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities ?        Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects ?        Creates and maintains documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training and disaster recovery ?        Serve as primary monitor of RPA control room to efficiently and effectively execute automations ?        Serve as final escalation point for automation execution and architectural issues ?        Work with Organization IT change board and promotion process to promote automation code ?        Ability to lead a team of developers and testers ?        Ensure the life cycle processes are followed diligently from requirements through deployment ?        Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod) along with Virtual Machine ?        Review and ensure automation runbooks are complete and maintained   Activities include: ?        Lead design session of automation, ensuring best practises are followed by developers ?        Collaborate with Developers for Technical documentation and ensure completeness ?        Prioritise Tasks for team of developers, removing roadblocks for effective delivery of automation projects ?        Leverage best practice for collaborating Automation object/ libraries ?        Re-engineering and suggesting Technical solutions for process automation ?        Collaborate with team members, Architect and Offshore/On-shore Automation COE ?        Collaborating with Automation COE, IT on requesting all necessary system access ?        Guide and implement best practises for effective automations. Create self-help documents for reference. ?        Facilitate meetings with developers and SME\'s for Automation Issues , prioritizing issue resolution. ?        Ability to conduct quick POC for automations.
  Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:
  Education:	Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering/ computer science.
  Experience	Essential: ?        5-7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with Blue Prism/UIPath or other industry leading RPA products ?        Experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL etc.) with a specific focus on developing Bots ?        Fair knowledge of SQL queries, loops, if-else conditions, ETL processes ?        Experience Automating process related with ERP, Mainframe and MS office tools. ?        Breadth of experience in software design/development and database architecture. ?        Experience in performing code reviews with automation developers to ensure adherence to solution design ?        Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines. ?        Ability to work in Agile environment , multitask and prioritize workload include Production Support ?        Be able to work independently with minimal direction and well as a team. ?        Experience working in G-suite products and IT Service management- Service now
  Desirable: ?        Preferred Technical Architect certification. ?        Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies ?        Experience with using UML tools ?        Expertise in process and technical design documents in the automation space
  Specific Skill Requirement	RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, etc., SQL DB, One or more Programming languages such as java;  javascript, G-Suite, Servicenow Preferred Skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
