  Software test lead with HCM

  Responsibilities : •            Stakeholder management as this is a Business facing role •                    Prepare detailed test approach for different test phases •            Understand E2E HR business processes and translate the functional and non-functional requirements into test Cases and steps. •            Design and Develop test scenarios and test scripts for Unit testing, component integration testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. •            Manage test phases with Payroll business testers at a global level •                    Manage various test preparation activities like leading Kick-off calls, test scenario review, tester demand and identification etc. Requirements : •            B.E./B.Tech or equivalent. •            Working experience as software test lead for around 8-9 years. •            Working experience on Resource estimation, Requirement Analysis, Test planning, Test scenario Design, Test Execution and Defect reporting. •            Good expertise in testing HCM solutions mainly on SAP Payroll/Compensation/Time area is a must •                    Experience in various modules in Workday and how they are linked to Payroll is an added advantage •                   Experience in leading the testing of SAAS Based solutions. •            Working experience in ALM/HPQC is required. •            Good communication skills, verbally and in writing. •            Able to work under minimal supervision; self-directed
