Job Description:
The Relationship manager will be responsible for managing the overall business loan
sales vertical.
He will expand and grow business opportunities through indirect and Bank channels.
1. Meet disbursement targets, maintain spread, manage expenses and meet the
resultant profit targets.
2. Engage and build relationships with a large eco-system of potential partners
(E-Portals, DMAs, OEM, etc for SENP vertical.). Explore and identify sourcing
avenues and distribution channels at the national level
3. Identify new products to be rolled out based on macroeconomic conditions
& competitive landscape.
4. Utilize industry, consumer purchasing behavior, retail finance trend analysis, and customer knowledge to seek out new product opportunities.
5. Maximize portfolio performance by identifying and addressing growth
opportunities to enhance portfolio benchmarking capabilities
6. Design compelling, differentiated, and relevant product plans that leverage the
brand, marketing programs, and commercial assets to positively influence
revenue growth • Establish an effective Cross selling strategy.
7. Developing new and differential products for target customer segments at
different repayment life cycle stages and exploring new price points.
8. Lead category-wide initiatives with key stakeholders across functional teams to
execute initiatives that are quantifiable and aligned with the strategic
objectives of the products.

expertise.
11. Relevant experience in some or all facets of consumer finance businesses
(Sales Finance, Business Loans, Retail financing, Personal Loans, etc.
12. Wide exposure in managing large accounts and widespread distribution.
13. Experience spanning major functional aspects of the business – Sales /
Marketing, Business Operations & Technology with P&L responsibility.
14. Strategic thinking, innovation, strong negotiation, and leadership
characteristics
15. Experience in building businesses/franchises (Defining value proposition,
Distribution strategy, hiring teams, Building Systems/Processes)
16. Strong people management skills.
17. Strong analytics and technology orientation.
18. Relevant, demonstrated leadership experience in managing a hi-performance
team with a sound understanding of key business drivers.
