  Rate: 575 GBP/Day inside IR35

  Preferred - candidate SME knowledge/skills/capabilities/certifications (all desirable - no mandatory requirements):

  Experience in delivering training and of coaching/developing people to deliver customer value / improvement to the value stream

  Experience of Operational Excellence

  Experience of a customer experience framework (e.g. Certified Process Professional (CPP))

  Experience of designing materials to be delivered

  Banking/FS experience

  Lean Six Sigma

  Someone who has worked in a hybrid agile environment

  Someone who can lea
  & adapt in response to feedback

  Awareness of agile values & principles

  Good understanding of diversity, equity, equality & inclusion
