  Cybersecurity is responsible for enabling businesses and functions to manage their information security risks as well as ensuring risk and controls are assessed and implemented appropriately, objectively and independently through professional and specialized subject matter experts.

  
  

   

  
  

  The Cybersecurity Strategy, Programme & Execution function that brings together RTB operations and CTB delivery to ensure that all activities are aligned to a single strategy.

  
  

   

  
  

  The role of TPM will be responsible for overall execution and gove
  ance covering multiple work streams, adopting Agile practices to enable successful delivery of new products and services that protect HSBC. This role requires a keen ability to establish priorities and manage resources including third parties in an Agile delivery environment, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and relationship building with exte
  al and inte

  Ensuring the project is running on target and in accordance with all HSBC gove

  1. Product ownership on behalf of accountable product owner

  
  
  

  
  

   

  
  

  
  

  o Ensure the goals, scope, product and priorities are understood

  
  

   

  
  

  o Work closely with Cybersecurity teams to ensure interfaces are defined and understood

  
  

   

  
  

  o Ensure adherence to HSBC policy, gove
  ance controls and design standards

  
  

   

  
  

  o Work with third parties, which may include, vendors, Legal and R&D organisations.

  
  

   

  
  
  

  1. Delivery Management

  
  
  

  
  

  o Will lead delivery of product development / project work-streams, adopting the Agile delivery lifecycle

  
  

   

  
  

  o Effectively manage the product development backlog against clear priorities

  
  

   

  
  

  o Identifying, managing and communicating dependencies and risks to delivery

  
  

   

  
  

  o Actively manage Blockers, Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and escalating as required to the Product Owner and Portfolio Manager, making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation

  
  

   

  
  

  Required Skills & Experience:

  
  

   

  
  

  
  

  · Experience working as a Project/Delivery Manager in complex programmes

  
  

   

  
  

  · Knowledge of Agile project delivery with demonstrable experience, with strong familiarity with using JIRA and JIRA administration

  
  

   

  
  

  · Exceptional planning and leadership skills

  
  

   

  
  

  · Exceptional business and stakeholder management and communication skills

  
  

   

  
  

  Desirable Skills & Experience:

  
  

   

  
  

  
  

  · Prior experience as a Project Manager within Highly Regulated industries (ideally HSBC)

  
  

   

  
  

  · Prior experience as a Product Manager within a large and complex organisation

  
  

   

  
  

  · Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and controls

  
  

   

  
  

  · Experience of working with innovative teams creating bespoke solutions to novel problems

  
  

   

  
  

  · Knowledge of Third Party Security Review processes in/for financial institutions
