  Responsibilities of a typical Project managers/PMOs would include:

  
  
  

  1. preferably with prior experience and knowledge of HSBC processes and systems;

   

  1. plan construction, analysis and milestone review;

   

  1. progress reporting;

   

  1. risk / issue identification and management;

   

  1. financial planning and forecasting;

   

  1. working with bank systems;

   

  1. resource planning and forecasting vs capacity;

   

  1. inter-project alignment;

   

  1. preparation of decks and presentations;

   

  1. compliance with gove
     ance standards;

   

  1. lessons lea
     ed;

   

  1. meetings and actions organized /documented/ followed up
