• Job DescrCritical programming skills in multiple technologies, must have all of the following critical skills:

   

  o    C#/.NET 4.5 onwards

   

  o    .NET Core, Winform and/or WPF

   

  o    Microsoft SQL Server

   

  ·         Strong experience with building service/Microservice oriented architecture

   

  ·         Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

   

  ·         Technical decision making on solution design

   

  ·         Contribute towards the strategic architecture

   

  ·         Deliver enhancements to existing applications and create new modules in a timely manner employing good development practices.

   

  ·         Maintaining discipline in coding practice while ensuring timely delivery of end solution.

   

  ·         Working under pressure to meet deadlines.

   

  ·         Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

   

  ·         Excellent written English and oral communication skills

   

  ·         Excellent interpersonal skills, Ambitious, driven and enthusiastic

   

   

   

  Requirements (Essential)

   

  ·         Required to work closely with colleagues in the function, onshore teams and stakeholders.

   

  ·         Required to communicate effectively with people at various levels of seniority and different backgrounds in a challenging but collegiate environment.

   

  ·         Project Delivery Experience, especially Agile

   

  ·         Actively engage with other team members for development projects and contribute to team discussions on development issues.

   

   

   

  Requirements (Desired)

   

  ·         Experience working in Financial Markets, Derivatives and Banking domain.

   

  ·         Knowledge/hands-on experience with any FVA Adjustments such as CVA, DVA, Bid Offer, IPV etc.

   

  ·         Knowledge of batch processing systems/tools (Control-M, Choreographer)

   

  ·         Experience with working with multi-location teams and building up offshore capability.

   

   

   

  A typical day looks like:

   

   

   

  -       Support existing application / services including user queries and month-end support

   

  -       Engage with the team in discussions, planning and working in an Agile environment

   

  -       Approximately 75% time will be spent on developing new features or extending existing feature in WINFORM based applications

   

  -       Approximately 15% time would be spent on stakeholder discussion which covers requirement refinement, testing, etc.
