Job Description:

• 1. CKYC/Identity knowledge and implementation
  2. Deployment procedures
  3. Technologies: Web Logic, Tomcat,
  4. Database: PL/ SQL, Ms Sql
  5. Operating Systems: Linux, Windows.
  6. Good knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  7. Dealing with business and technical teams to build requirements, designs and business analysis
  8. Managing support teams for handling production issues of banks in the production environment.
  9. Analysing and investigating Root Cause Analysis of defect and fault, and tracing them till final resolution of application.
  10. Providing L1 support for banking applications and provide Front-end as well as back-end support to applications
  11. Good working experience of Java Application/Production Support, CRM, Weblogic, IIS server etc.
