  Job Title/ Role:  SF Recruiting Senior Consultant

   

  1. Exp : 4 to 6 Years

   

   

  1. Certified in SF RCM & RMK
  2. Implementation/Support experience on SF RCM and RMK with client facing roles.
  3. Worked on the RCM Integration with EC & Onboarding
  4. Should have worked on Job Requisition Templates, Job Requisition Field permissions, configured requisition headers and footers. Configured Candidate Profile Template.
  5. Configuration of workflow for job requisition template/route map.
  6. Setting up interviews is a functionality that can be configured against one or more in-progress statuses in the Talent Pipeline.
  7. Should have configured Interviews and related features.
  8. Enabling and Configuring Agencies in Provisioning and the Job Requisition Data Model (JRDM) and posting requisition to Agency.
  9. Should have knowledge of setting up career site Builder and Setting up Admin user permissions
  10. Setting up candidate workflow from SAP SuccessFactors to Career Sites
  11. Knowledge of Recruitment Posting and Managing Recruitment Posting
  12. Setting up of Recruitment Agencies, Career Portal and Recruiting Sites
  13. Exposure of Agile methodology will be added advantage
