  1. Project Overview: [Overview of the project/initiative that this contractor will be supporting]
  Support Cloud SaaS applications which require most of the coordination effort. And, it includes assisting the users on the single sign-on access queries & guidance, coordinating to support the integration, and coordinating with Vendors to fix any technical issues.

  Provide high-level support to the Cloud SaaS applications. Coordinate with users to provide guidance on the single sign-on access queries and application questions, and coordinate to support the integration. Understand the technical aspects of the questions and coordinate with the Vendor to provide the fix.

  • Able to understand and communicate the general technical aspects of cloud applications.

  • Nice to have general knowledge on Single sign-on connection and SQL queries.
