  Job Description - Senior Wintel Specialist

   

   

  During the engagement and duration of the service offering, the Wintel Specialist will perform the following key activities:

  · Responsible for handling incidents and service requests as per agreed service levels.

  · Installation & decommission of servers, preparation of data migrations. Work on OS upgrades.

  · Troubleshooting VMware ESXI , Hyper V , S2D, windows servers, file servers, print servers, and domain controllers on windows 2008 and 2016 OS problems and HARDWARE problems.

  · Troubleshooting Windows Cluster Servers

  · Will manage server level HARDWAREs like HP and troubleshot RAID controllers’ issue and disk failure issues etc.

  · Engage different vendors to ensure the work is done in the agreed timeline

  · Update management of status, issues, and process improvement opportunities

  Contribute to the Design and implementation of WINTEL Infra for large enterprises
