  Programming Language:

  • Good knowledge of People soft
  • Experience in Oracle SQL
  • Good Understanding of Unix
  • Experience in Hadoop big data

   

  Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer issues level-1 & 2 reported incidents and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate inte
    al teams
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
  • End to End application monitoring including batch jobs & reports
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to communicate with client
  • Should be proactive and willing to take challenges
  • Should be willing to work out of EON Kharadi (Client Location).
