    Job Description:
    1. Project Overview:
    The contractors will assist with the execution of documentation reviews, account opening, investment support, and distributions. The teams are still experiencing attrition and we anticipate contractors, once trained and in production, can easily be converted into FTE shortly after 1Q2023.

    2. Contractor’s Role:
    • This role\'s primary responsibility is to ensure that the parameters relating to Productivity, Completeness, and Tu
    around time are met

    • Daily actions to be performed in adherence to procedural guidelines per SLA by effectively prioritizing based on defined criticalities & in adherence to all control parameters
    • Ensures objectives are met within time and risk parameters by establishing team objectives and plans and adapting them as required in response to change or ambiguity
    • Ensure adequate documentation is in place to initiate Clients’ asset transfers and adherence to controls to minimize the scope of any adverse client and financial impact

    3. Experience Level:
    a. Level 1 (0-2 yrs)

    • Graduate or Post Graduate with knowledge of Finance and Accounting

    • To ensure new assignments are assigned and reviews are completed within the SLA timeframe.
    • Develops and evaluates solutions while planning and prioritizing client activities to manage relationships, effectively
    • To ensure that control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, and queue management are adhered to
    • Ensures daily SLA & Quality parameters are met. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis
    • Desk reviews for the group needs to be completed as required & ensure regular email follow-ups are done for timely submission
    • Daily actions to be performed in adherence to procedural guidelines per SLA by effectively prioritizing based on defined criticalities & in adherence to all control parameters for self & cluster
    • Ensure that all e-mail queries, phone queries, and requests are responded to and all reports are completed within agreed timelines to adhere to accuracy and required deadlines
    • The role also encompasses communication with the Account Admins, Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Risk, and Compliance Team
