Job Description:

• Location: Mumbai , India. (No remote, strictly WFO)

  Duration: 12 Months.

  Notice: Max 4 weeks.

   

  Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems per operations processes, affecting the network infrastructure that includes Routers, Switches & Wi-Fi, WLC, CISCO ISE and CUCM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues of network devices and CUCM environment.
  • Troubleshoot Routing & Switching, Wi-Fi, WLC, CISCO ISE,CUCM related issues on the LAN/WAN.
  • Implement change requests as per business needs on Routers, Switches, WLC, Cisco ISE,CUCM environment.
  • Work with the vendor/OEM to resolve network issues as per agreed service levels.
  • Keep up to date with new networking products and services like Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA …etc.
  • Creating HLD and LLD Network Architecture of  Birla Carbon LAN & WAN.
  • Handling and escalating highly impacting operational issues as per escalation matrix.

   

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/ Diploma/ Degree in IT.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of networks
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
