  •Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects  •Take end to end ownership to lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver multiple software development projects supporting various business units •Motivate and manage multiple teams and Team leads •Ability to understand and analyze clients’ legacy systems and technologies •Strategic planning for team expansion and retention •Design, Architect, and Execute projects using multiple tech stacks •Ensure that solutions are delivered as per standards of availability, scalability, and security and are done on time with the expected quality •Ensure that all delivery artefacts are reviewed and are in accordance with established standards and guidelines  •Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, develop solutions and boost efficiency •Establishing and implementing training processes for all technical personnel  •Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members  •Holding regular team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects  •Researching and evaluating software technology options for each project •Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation are achieved  •Recruiting and training future employees to fill posted positions within the technical department

  Technical Skills •Desired proficiency in Angular, React Native & Django  •Web technologies like React/Redux Js JavaScript, J-Query, HTML, CSS. •Understanding one of the core technologies like Java/Python/PHP •Understanding of DB in PL/SQL, SQL DB design/ performance analysis for DB. •Knowledge of cloud technologies will be an added advantage •Should be well versant in Agile methodologies •Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology.   Soft Skills Ability to drive client meetings F2F or virtually to gather information on the project ·Good listening skills to understand customer needs and requirements, analyze them and share Queries ·Excellent communication skills to articulate project/business proposals to clients/customers ·Leadership quality to lead the team on the right path and motivate them to deliver positive outcomes ·Nimble minded, to deal with the clients and customers and negotiate promptly ·Understanding of email communications and etiquette; train team members for the same
