  Key Responsibilities :

  A: Worked on designing

  complex workflows, SLAs,

  Security, UI Pages, UI

  macros and UI actions

  B: Worked on

  Integrations such as direct

  and scripted web services

  C: Knowledge on ITIL v3

  foundation and Service

  Management processes

  D: Added advantage to

  have code trouble

  shooting experience

  E: Knowledge of UNIX,

  Shell scripting and

  PL/SQL

   

  Technical Experience :

  A: Hands-on experience

  on the modules:

  Knowledge Management,

  Service Catalog

  Management, Request

  B: Good to have ServiceNow implementation experience in the On-Premise instances C: Experience working in HRSD areas like HR case management, HR portals and connect chat etc D: Service-Now Implementation Specialist certification E: Prior experience on ServiceNow instance upgrade from one family to other F: Experience in scripting Business rule, JavaScript, HTML G: Service-Now Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication kills B: Manage multiple team members Educational Qualification: BE
