  • Job Description:

    1. Project Overview:

    The resources would be working on data remediation for Client and Party level attributes, post documentation review for each of the Clients. They would also be responsible for staging the correct client hierarchy data to be updated on all Client record management systems of record.

    2.  Role:

    • Candidates will be on-boarded to review Client’s official (legal) documentation

    • Business (Client Servicing / Front Office) and NT Legal will be engaged in the remediation workstream for training and initiating remediation activities

    • Approved documentation for all critical data fields will be gathered as apart of the remediation activities (inte
    s to review the grid of data attributes and approved documentation for each of them)

    • Legal documentation will be requested from the Client Servicing team along with some key information like: Servicing Location, Relationship Manager Name, Account Manager Name, Client Schematic (list of contracted legal entities (CLEs) and list of accounts for each CLE under the client / relationship)

    • Data attributes in scope for remediation will be staged (manually populated by contractors) in remediation tool.

    • Impact analysis will be done for all enterprise data attributes. Source systems in scope for compare & impact analysis are ASM, Xceptor , KYC and others like FundMaster are in pipeline

    • Upon successful compare and impact analysis, remediated client data will be migrated to production systems. A combination of services, macros and batch processing jobs will be utilized in the migration to production.

    • Remediated CLE & Beneficial Owner parties will contain a “remediated flag” once migrated to production

    • Integrity of the remediation data will be maintained by a centralized maintenance group via an integrated centralized maintenance tool or by leveraging existing maintenance channels

    3. Experience level: Min 6Months to 7 yrs of exp

    4. Qualifications: 

    • Graduate or Post Graduate with knowledge of Finance and Accounting

    • Good interpersonal skills with Strong problem solving skills, detail and result oriented.

    5. Must have skills : 

    • Possesses good communication & analytical skills

    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniors

    7. Tasks & responsibilities 

    • To ensure new assignments are assigned and reviews are completed within the SLA timeframe.

    • Develops and evaluates solutions while planning and prioritizing client activities to manage relationships, effectively

    • To ensure that control parameters like checklists, reporting & escalations, queue management are adhered to

    • Ensures daily SLA & Quality parameters are met. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor on a daily basis

    • Desk reviews for the group needs to be completed as required & ensure regular email follow ups are done for timely submission

    • Daily actions to be performed in adherence to procedural guidelines per SLA by effectively prioritizing based on defined criticalities & in adherence to all control parameters for self & cluster

    • Ensure that all e-mail queries, phone queries and requests are responded and all reports are completed within agreed timelines to adhere to accuracy and required deadlines

    • The role also encompasses communication with the Account Admins, Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Risk and Compliance Team
