Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
o A strong sense of Software Craftsmanship
o Writing modular, well-tested, and maintainable code
o Read, write and think JavaScript, both ES5 and ES6
o Interest in the ongoing developments of front-end frameworks in the market
o Knowledge of build and dependency management systems such as Node, npm,
o Knowledge of unit and e2e testing
o REST API design and usage, JSON
o Git and working with the GitFlow process of pull requests and code reviews
o Knowledge and understanding HTML5 and CSS (and/or SCSS)
o Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG standards (ADA compliance)
o Writing mode

Basic understanding of the following would be a plus:o Knowledge and understanding of Webpack
o Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and the Adobe suite (Adobe Target)
o AEM templating (HTL)
o AEM Archetype project front-end setup
o Unit testing using JEST
o Storybook
Ability to:o Transform business requirements into technical solutions
o Clarify technical concepts, problems, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audience
o Inform stakeholders decision-making by presenting facts and solution options with pros and cons
o Convince and rally stakeholders behind the most suitable solution
Experience with:o Working as part of an Agile development team and in participating in all IT aspects of projects
o Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
o DevSecOps
o Basic understanding of a complex business (structure, processes, goals, etc.) and of the business environment (industry, competitor, general IT)
