  Successful candidate shall own the following key areas within CIB Technology:
  o Facilitate analysis on vendor payments, track invoice on hold and support the business management team with all queries related to Vendors.
  o Create gove
  ance around receipting of goods and services in the system.
  o Review of AP/GRNI reports to analyse the PO’s impact on the P&L.
  • Be responsible for providing Cost Transparency using tools like dashboards, periodic MI reports on Financials/Indirect Costs.
  • Provide commentary on Financials ,prepare variance analysis and monitor spend for the business unit.
  • Help develop metrics for process measurement and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • To perform other tasks as assigned on multiple productivity initiatives involving people (man-hours, pay & benefits, career & capability framework), travel (national and inte
  ational), telephony & links, data centres, contracts and other expenses of administrative nature.
