  Qualification and Requirements

  • 8-10 years of industry experience as Test Lead and UAT using Agile methodologies and conventional waterfall model
  • Extensive Knowledge of black/white box testing process such System Testing, Integration Testing, Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing which include Designing, Developing and Execution of the entire QA Process and Documentation of Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts

  ·         Sound Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework such as Data driven, Page Object Model & Open-Test and integrated reporting with TestNG, ExtentReport

  • Strong hold on automation concepts with OOPs Concept and CORE JAVA language
  • Good understanding of JIRA

  ·         Demonstrated ability to:

  ·         Analyze User Stories and provide Testing Efforts

  ·         Define Test strategy for E2E SIT, Regression, UAT and Automation testing for regression

  ·         Define test approach and E2E scenario along with test optimization practices within PODs and across PODs

  ·         Defect Triaging and management

  • Ability to work with Business Stakeholders in planning, preparing and executing UAT
  • Creative problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent facilitation, discovery, analysis, and prototyping skills
  • Creates high-quality deliverables
  • Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship and analytical skills
