  Security - Roles & Responsibilities ? Looking for a dynamic individual with great interpersonal skills who is willing to work in a fast paced, customer-focused environment. Key Role & Responsibilities: ? Palo Alto Firewall configuration and administration. ? Experience in working on PAN URL Filtering, Antivirus and Vulnerabilities. ? Troubleshooting firewall packet level captures to isolate network security related incidents. ? Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC VPNS ? Trend Micro OfficeScan Endpoint security activities - Analyzing quarantined / Malicious files based on signature and file hashes. ? Installation and troubleshooting of Trend Micro office scan in endpoints and servers. ? Providing permanent remediation for affected endpoints in our network environment. ? Security Incident log monitoring for Malware, Threats, Vulnerability alerts. ? Investigating suspicious activities & threats, investigate and respond to them in a timely fashion. ? Provide daily / weekly / monthly remediation reports to management. ? Documenting Security Incidents with in-depth event logs, RCA and evidence. ? Installation of RSA SecurID software and configuring in end points ? Adding/removing the user ID in RSA SecurID console and troubleshooting VPN issues. ? Preparing monthly report for Installing Microsoft Security patches in end points and servers. ? Troubleshooting of Incidents and Service tickets on security related issues. ? Implementing security related changes through Change tickets. ? Involving in daily Operations meeting with the management. Technical Skills Must Have ? Palo Alto Network Firewall ? Trend Micro Anti-Virus ? RSA SecurID ? Packet Analyzer Technical Skills good to Have ? Security Log Monitoring ? Cisco Any connect VPN
