Job Description:

• • Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Support the creation of a financial business case and estimates
  • Track and report project costs and make sure that the project is completed in allotted budgets
  • Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed gove
    ance framework
  • Track, report and realise project benefits and takes necessary action
  • Experience of delivering project management
  • Experience in change management Experience of delivering strategic projects that support the business strategy and its growth agenda
  • Prepare, manage and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans
  • Engage with all the appropriate stakeholders effectively
  • Set team member objectives, Carry out regular individual assessments and formal appraisals alongside our performance management framework
  • Support capability development and make sure that succession plans are in place
