    Cybersecurity is responsible for enabling businesses and functions to manage their information security risks as well as ensuring risk and controls are assessed and implemented appropriately, objectively and independently through professional and specialized subject matter experts.

    The Cybersecurity Strategy, Programme & Execution function that brings together RTB operations and CTB delivery to ensure that all activities are aligned to a single strategy. In alignment with this vision, the scope of the existing Cybersecurity Maturity Improvement Programmes (CS-MIP) CTB function has been extended to enable CTB delivery outcomes to flow seamlessly into well-managed RTB services/capabilities and enable seamless delivery of business requirements.

    The Technical Business Analyst role is a contractor role, the primary responsibility is to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the Third Party Security Review programme. He/She will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project. The role is tactical in nature and will have a functional and entity reporting line, he/she will be required to take direction from multiple leads and members of a project team that follows an Agile delivery approach.

    Third-party security protects an organization from the risk associated with third-party vendors.

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    1.    Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, eventlists, business analysis, competive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or view points.

    2.    Document the following requirements:

    a.    Business requirements

    b.    Functional requirements

    c.    Business Rules

    d.    User requirements

    e.    Non-functional requirements (Performance, Uptime, Security, etc)

    f.    Implementation requirements

    g.    Support/Maintenance Requirements

    h.    Report Specifications

    3.    Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.

    4.    Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by relevant teams required to deliver them.

    5.    Define quality attributes, exte
    al interfaces, constraints and other non-functional requirements, prototypes, scenarios or process flows where required.

    6.    Represent requirements using alte
    ative views, such as analysis models (diagrams).

    7.    Produce UI mock-up screens if required.

    8.    Write use cases and document User Acceptance Criteria for each requirement.

    9.    Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, verifiable and that they conform to standards.

    10.   Lead requirements review sessions to ensure final requirements are understood by all affected team members.  Make adjustments as necessary to ensure clarity.  Obtain sign-off from all stakeholders.

    11.   Participate in requirements prioritization.

    12.   Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.  Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.

    13.   Enter, manipulate and report on requirements stored in a SharePoint or confluence page.  Define requirement attributes and facilitate their use throughout the project.

    14.   Assist with the migration of legacy system(s) data to the target system ensuring data is correctly assessed, mapped, extracted, cleansed, validated and loaded. Select an appropriate method of transferring the data with due consideration to the amount of data and available bandwidth.

    15.   Assist in the definition and writing of cyber controls to ensure cyber risk is mitigated effectively through control design.

    16.   Update and maintain JIRA boards and outcomes

     

    Required Skills

    1.    2-5yrs in Cybersecurity, with strong knowledge of Third Party Security Review processes in/for financial institutions.

    2.    Language(s):  English written and spoken.

    3.    Able to manage multiple activities at a time.

    4.    1-2yrs experience in Agile way of working.

    5.    Data migration experience.

    6.    Cyber standard, Policy and / or control writing experience.
