  Criteria for Juniper Engineering resources

  Past experience deploying and supporting Juniper wired & wireless environments

  Understands Juniper tools (Mist, etc) and how to leverage in environments

  Approx. 6-month engagement from start date (Pilot phase)

  In-depth understanding of Juniper best practices

  On call as needed

  Great at documentation

  Good at cross-training, information sharing

  Some Cisco experience (since migration from Cisco to Juniper)

  Hybrid work with majority being remote

  Good customer service skills

  Juniper certifications
