· Analyze Infrastructure applications and lea
its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.· Assess current state of applications, identify user requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
· Research, gather and synthesize information.
· Plan requirements gathering and design activities
· Collaborate with product, project, architects, and development managers to determine application requirements and testing / validation requirements for Testing teams
· Prepare collateral materials for requirements gathering sessions
· Lead requirements and detailed design sessions, contribute greatly to project scrum and agile teams, and ensure effective handoff to quality assurance resources
· Expert at documention
Technical Skills:
· 6+ years of demonstrable experience as Business Analyst preferably in Infrastructure Domain.
· Agile experience
· JIRA and Confluence
· Experience in implementing Test Ha
ess / Automation testing· Automation scripting
· Good knowledge on all types of testing
· Expertise in mapping Business requirement to Test requirements
· Familiarity with IT Infrastructure delivery and related process would be an advantage.
Other Soft Skills:
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Working across various cultures and geographies.
· Should be willing to work in shifts / on call in case required.
· Able to work independently, under least supervision.
