  1. Certified in SF Onboarding 2.0 & EC
  2. Implementation experience on SF Onboarding with client facing roles.
  3. Worked on Integration with Recruiting & Onboarding
  4. Well-versed with basic understanding of EC
  5. Should have knowledge of onboarding form set up in provisioning
  6. Knowledge of Role Based Permission for Onboarding, Offboarding & Cross boarding
  7. Configured and deploy Onboarding process definition
  8. Configured Onboarding Data Models
  9. Configured Onboarding Panels
  10. Exposure of I9 forms
  11. Exposure of DocuSign Intergration
  12. Knowledge of Activate methodology & documentation.
